Stylish introduces new colors to take the place of the previous ones
The familiar old tones are replaced by some elegant new colors and modern takes on vintage tints in the seven new designs. The selection includes the following colors: Black, Navy, Coast, Olive, Chili, Persimmon, Seafoam, Salt, Wave, and Garnet. Along with the matte finish that is Away’s trademark, a gloss finish in a few hues is now being added to the lineup.
Are you not excited by this announcement? Well, there is another piece of news for you. Away is now launching The Trunk, a sizable hard-shell luggage silhouette. According to its product description, The Trunk has “a slimmer top lid and a deeper main compartment for easy access and packing.”
Additionally, the suitcase’s design has been modified in response to client feedback and interviews: A second recessed handle has been added to the underside of the suitcase (which will be useful at baggage claim), and the handles are now simpler to grip and lift and lay flatter against the luggage. The telescopic trolley handle is also more stable.
The interior of the suitcase now has stronger compression straps, three new pockets, and a larger laundry bag, and the luggage tag now matches the exterior color for a monochromatic appearance.
